Taxes are very high, common grounds are overgrown, streets are worse than third world countries, schools look great but education is poor.
Government waist is at an all time high. County workers are plentiful
but work ethic dosn't exist.
I rank Montgomery County a -4
and the police department can be found resting behind abandon buildings and park and ride lots.
I hope things can change!
